I am an experienced people leader with strong operational leadership and analytical skills in several key areas such as Performance management and analytics, organizational development, training and development, staffing/recruiting, finance, budget, and P&L management. I currently lead diverse teams within my organization while consistently influencing and collaborating with executive sponsors.

Dr. Sheldon Dyer is a mentor, business leader, and proud parent who was born and raised in Jamaica. Being an avid learner, Sheldon obtained his bachelor’s degree in human resource management, master’s degree in finance, doctorate degree in business management, and currently holds other credentials and certifications. He is a strong advocate for young people’s professional development and mentorship, and supports his community in a variety of ways, in both for-profit and nonprofit environments.

Over several decades, Dr. Dyer has spent his career gaining valuable experience while taking on various key leadership roles in sales and account management, operations and general management, transportation logistics, health and safety, and industrial engineering. Through this exposure, he has led a successful career and has mentored many young professionals and entrepreneurs in various business segments who are now in leadership roles in their respective careers. His passion and desire have been to add value to the lives of everyone he engages with through encouraging creativity, passion, self-motivation, and a fearless approach to anything, knowing that the greatest hindrance to success is ourselves.
